Schlegel is also the first company to make a bromine-free UL94-VO rated open-celled polyurethane foam gasket. We can help you to comply with an impending law banning or restricting the use of brominated flame-retardants in electronic products placed on the EU market. The Restriction of Hazardous Substances ( RoHS) and Wastes from Electrical and Electronic Equipment ( WEEE ) Directives will be implemented in 2004 and become mandatory in 2006.
